There’s nothing quite like a competition day at the Robe Golf Club – great course, friendly rivalry, and plenty of laughs along the way!
Our competitions are held every Wednesday and Sunday and are open to all golfers with a Golf Australia Handicap.
Visitors are always welcome, so whether you’re chasing a great score or simply enjoying a round with good company, competition day is a fantastic way to experience to club!
Women: Arrive by 9.00am for a 9.30am tee-off
Men: Arrive by 10.00am for a 10.30am tee-off
Competition formats change throughout the season, so be sure to check the program for the competition type scheduled during your visit.
Just roll up – bookings aren’t necessary to play. If you would like to use a cart, pre-booking by phone or text is recommended!
After the round, stick around to enjoy a drink, swap a few stories from the course, and relax with the group while we finish with presentations.

Everyone is welcome to join in - no official handicap is required!
It’s all about a relaxed and social afternoon of golf and fun… mixed with friendly competition and banter that’s perfect for members, visitors, new golfers, or anyone keen to enjoy a casual hit around the course!
Bookings aren’t required - just turn up at 12.00pm for a 12.30pm tee off! If you’d like to use a cart, we do recommend giving the club a quick call or text to book on in advance.
Once you have finished your round, stay for a drink and a chat, and celebrate the day’s fun with the light-hearted presentations – it’s all part of the friendly, fun atmosphere!

This event is a Men's and Ladies competition and is open to all members and visitors.
The event is played over 18 holes with winners being best Gross and Nett, with the best Nett scores for both Men and Ladies being awarded the Fabian Bigmore Shield.

Our scenic clubhouse boasts a spacious bar and seating for up to 100 people with views over the course, all in air conditioned comfort.
Our Main Dining area inside with panoramic views is ideal for Weddings, Engagements, Birthday Celebrations, Corporate Functions, Social Functions.
At the RGC we have facilities to cater for small or large conferences. A commercial kitchen is available with an open bar plan off of the dining area. We can provide internet facilities and a TV for projection via cable or USB. The clubhouse entrance is circled with an alfresco dining area overlooking the course that seats up to 50 people. This is where our members enjoy the comeradery of observing their mates chipping on to the 18th hole.
